Hello
I’m Kimberly Yhap
Menstrual Cycle Navigator ~ Women’s Menstrual Wellness Educator ~ Speaker ~ Nurse ~ Mom

My Story
I know what it feels like to be searching for answers about your body and not knowing where to turn.
I remember the time when I sat across from the doctor and heard words that frightened me,
“You are not ovulating.”
I didn't understand what was happening in my body, and I certainly didn't understand how stress, nutrition, lifestyle, and other factors, like moving to a new country was influencing my menstrual health, even though I was a registered nurse.
That season changed the way I looked at women's health forever.
I have experienced hormonal challenges, fertility uncertainty, stillborn loss, thyroid concerns and the many demands that come with being a wife, a nurse, and a mom.
I have also experienced the joy and saddness of welcoming five children into our family, including the one we said "Goodbye" to before we said "Hello."
My journey has not been perfect or predictable.
It has been real.
And somewhere along the way, my search for answers became a passion for helping other women find theirs.
From my kitchen to women's wellness
My journey into holistic nutrition began during a particularly demanding season of motherhood.
I was caring for a new baby while navigating learning challenges with one child and significant skin and respiratory concerns with another. After multiple frightening emergency-room experiences related to my child's food allergies, nutrition was no longer simply an interest it became something I needed to understand.
I began learning about whole-food nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and the remarkable connections between what we do every day and how we feel.
The more I learned, I became drawn to hormonal health and I realized how many women were walking through similar struggles without understanding their cycles or knowing what questions to ask.
And I wanted to help change that.
The moment that stayed with me
Years ago, a newly married woman came to me worried because pregnancy wasn't happening as she had expected.
She was frustrated.
She was worried.
She was scared.
Rather than simply telling her to keep trying like her doctor did, I shared information that helped her understand her body and encouraged her to advocate for herself with her healthcare provider.
She asked to be evaluated for possible hormonal concerns and began making changes with appropriate medical guidance.
Eventually, she welcomed twin boys into her arms.
What stayed with me wasn't that I had “fixed” anything.
I hadn't.
What I had done was help increase her awareness.
And that experience reinforced something I continue to believe today:
Knowledge can change the questions we ask, the conversations we have, and the way we participate in our own healthcare.
Why I do what I do
Today, I draw alongside women and families through education, speaking, workshops, and wellness conversations and fertility care teaching.
I help women better understand their menstrual cycle and recognize what may be worth paying attention to.
I help girls and young women begin learning about their cycles with confidence rather than confusion or shame.
And I create spaces where mothers and daughters can have meaningful conversations about the beautiful changes happening in a woman's body.
My approach is simple:
Educate. Encourage. Empower. Love it. Learn it. Lavish it with Care.
I don't believe women need more fear or more complicated information.
I believe they need someone willing to sit beside them, listen to their story, explain what they are seeing, and help them know what questions to ask next.
And a little more about me...
I'm Kimberly, a wife, mom, nurse, storyteller, lifelong learner, and woman of faith.
I love a good story, a good conversation, and helping women connect the dots.
Most importantly, I believe in God, His gift to mankind and appreciate the way that every woman was and always will be wonderfully and beautifully created.
My hope is that when you spend time here, you don't feel like you've entered another place looking for someone who has all the answers.
Instead, I hope you feel like you've found someone who understands the journey.
Someone who will walk alongside you.
Someone who will encourage you to ask questions.
And someone who believes there is always more to learn about the incredible body you were given.
I'm glad you're here.
Let's continue the journey together.
